"Leadership and management” at the National Film school of Denmark

In april 2010 I attended a course in ”Leadership and management” at the National Film school of Denmark, in Copenhagen.
During an intense three day workshop, lead by Linda Larsen and Henrik Flemming we learned a lot about many different aspects of leadership, including phsycologi, communication, task-managing, dealing with conflicts, and much more.
Among the other participants there was producers and line-producers from Nordisk Film, Zentropa and other danish companies. As a group we shared experiences, played roleplays, and discussed what we learned during the weekend. The workshop leaders was really inspiring, and gave us many exciting leadership- and communication tools that I am really looking forward to use in future projects.
I will strongly recommend to check out the other courses on the ”efteruddanningen” in Copenhagen, I am going back already in may for the ”Director`s journey” workshop.
