Fantastec was started August 2009 with its idea of virtual Lapland, an educational adventure 3D-world for children and families. Now the company is launching a test version to get child players to join the development.

Mr. Curiosity and the Cat (Herr Nyfikenheten och Katten) is a mixed media animation project made by Frida Hammar, Hanna Westerlind and Sam Addo. The story revolves around Mr. Curiosity, an old man living in solitude because of a supernatural gift of his: he dreams of the death’s of people he meet in real life, and the dreams always turns out to be true. The gift, or rather the curse, have made him a lonesome and tragic person. But everything seems to change when he meets and befriends Kadinka, a strange cat…
