Dagsljus + Angel Films + Devil Rentals = North Star Rental in Haaparanta-Tornio

Dagsljus AB together with Angel Films and Devil Rentals now launch the rental company North Star Rental.
North Star Rental will focus on the rental of film equipment with northern Sweden and Finland as its primary market. Nils-Erik Järvi becomes head of the company and Haparanda will be its base. On site there will be lighting and grip equipment, generators and cars. Customers will have easy access to camera equipment through collaborations with Dagsljus and Devil Rental’s camera departments.
- Angel Films Oy is proudly announcing that together with our partner companies Dagsljus Ab from Sweden and camera rentalhouse Devil Rentals Oy we have established a film equipment rentalhouse to Northern Finland and Sweden, to Haaparanta-Tornio. Angel Films was founded in 1992 and is today Finland’s largest studio and rental company for film facilities. Devil Rentals was started and is managed by Jari Mutikainen F.S.C. and is the leading provider of digital camera rentals and workflow solutions in Finland.
Nils-Erik Järvi, head of North Star Rental has been in the industry since 1993 and mainly been working as a gaffer. He also has well documented experience from working in cold climates which will be a great advantage.
